SaralFlow is a workforce and project platform that connects time tracking, leave, and billing, so service companies always know what a project delivers and what it costs to get there.
Why We Built This
We kept running into the same story. A project coordinator with fifteen people to track, three spreadsheets that didn’t talk to each other, and a Friday afternoon spent figuring out whether a project was actually making money or just felt busy.
Time tracking lived in one place. Leave requests came in over chat. Billing rates sat in someone’s personal file, updated whenever there was time. None of it was wrong exactly, it just wasn’t connected. And for a company that bills by the hour, that gap between “we’re busy” and “we’re profitable” is the whole business.
So we built SaralFlow to close that gap. Not as three separate tools bundled together, but as one system where delivery, people, and money actually talk to each other.
